Hey Rick. The Texas Real Estate Commission keeps us so busy with rules and regs we don't find much time to do anything else.
I've seen some really good posts here, and am looking forward to more.

Yeh, I've seen some of his posts........good sense of humor
This morning's roundrobbin on finding some weed in the attic points out there is a need for anger management rehab courses as CE classes for some other inspectors......
