Thread: Hello from Corpus Christi, TX

I'm extremely excited to become a part of this forum. As a manager for housing quality inspection for public housing, I deal with different types of material and system deficiencies involving maintenance issues, fire hazards, health and safety concerns. Reading on some of the threads that interest me, I became more knowledgeable in responding to questions referred to me by property managers, which in turn assist them in directing corrective actions for their maintenance staff. Utility and water conservation is also a concern that is becoming a part of the inspection protocol which is also being covered here. Looking forward to be a part of your forum.
