Thread: Old inspector New contributer

Gentleman,
Thank you for allowing me to join your forum. I've been a member of our franchise forum and state forum but both are pretty much worthless. I find Inspection News to be the best one out there and hope I can put my 8 years of inspecting experiance to good use in helping others.
Some background. I work with a HouseMaster franchise out of DePere, WI. and will hit 5000 fee paid inspections this year. You ask why stay with a franchise? Simple I love helping people with the (what I used to think was worthless) information and experiance I have gained in my 50+ years. And I totally dislike the buisness end of things. In short I want to have all the fun and let someone else handle the paper and business headaches.
I'm sure you will all agree little else provides that feeling you get when you finish going over the report at the end of and inspection and you ask the client Any Questions? and he stands there with eyes wide open and jaw on the floor saying just Wow! Priceless
