Rental Weatherization Authorization Inspection
Hello Everyone,
I have been monitoring the goings on here for a while now, and really have learned a lot of useful information, THANKS! I really enjoy the back and forth discussions, they are fun. Now, for my question, I got a call today for a "Rental Weatherization Authorization Inspection". What I know: The gal has already bought the home, wants to use as a rental property, and her attorney advised her she needs this type inspection to be performed, has anyone out there done this before, and what could they possibly be looking for? This is not much info to go on, but it is all I have. Any and all help is appreciated!

Joe K., Nice of you to do more than just monitor here..
I've been a licensed Master Electrician, Licensed Electrical Contractor, Licensed Builder, State registered Electrical Inspector and Plan Reviewer, along with to associate degrees....
Yet I learn from this web site all the time... even from the low life home inspectors
Everybody has something to bring to the table along with their experience.
Sometimes even a lack of experience or knowledge can cause those of us who think they know or experienced everything to stop and ponder.. thus we have searching and finding of knowledge.
And my dog just gassed me in my own office and I don't have time to spel ck
