    Default Hey everyone!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone, I am a Residential Contractor in central Fl, , and most of my "inspections" have been for existing clients that wanted my professional opinion on new properties. With the new licensing requirements in FL , I decided to get my HI license, and possibly work that into a larger portion of my business.(Long term) Ive been pokin around here for a couple of days and like the forum, you all seem like quite a knowledgeable bunch. Looking forward to pickingyour collective brains , should the situation arise.-Tom

    Tom welcome,

But that may hurt a bit, my mom tries to keep me away from sharp objects

Tom, Sorry I was being a bit playful.

When you do get into some of the conversations you will see that words will get some guy a whole lot of grief.

This is usually when the codes come in due to interpretation by the masses. I find I learn stuff from the fight over semantics.
