About time I came out from under my rock
Hi all! My name is Scott Paschal and my little one man outfit is Reveal Home Inspection Service. I live in the Denver Co. area and have been in the construction profession for about 35 years. Yes a long time. Being somewhat semi-retired and wanting something to do that I would like and know something about a Real Estate Broker friend convinced me to take the plunge and become a Home Inspector. I still do construction management but also manage to do Home Inspection as they come along. I've been reading this forum for a couple of years now and learn a lot from it.

why haven't you joined or come back to our colorado nahi chapter meeting--you came once-great bunch of inspectors and you can learn a lot there.
