    ....just a line to introduce myself as a new member:
    I have been a home inspector for 6 yrs licensed in Arkansas and currently live in rural Colorado.
    I am a retired engineering manager, a past GC of custom homes, and a member of ASHI. The information here is very informative and I value each posting as there is no better experience than that gained in the field.

    Thanks to each inspector that shares their experiences as I learn something each time the forum is issued - I too will reciprocate - Great Site and thanks for your input.
