    Hello, I am David J. Caldwell. Just joined Inspection News so that I can learn all that I can from all you seasoned and experienced home inspectors here on the forum. My son and I are graduates of AHIT and are licensed in the State of Mississippi and I am working on my Alabama certification. The name of our business is Caldwell Home Inspections, LLC.
