Hello everyone. My name is Rich Lovell and I am a civil inspector currently working towards getting my professional real estate inspection license here in Texas. I have over 25 years experience in the field of civil construction and I am a certified Asphalt, Concrete, and Soils Specialist. I'm glad to be here and ready to share any knowledge that I have.
