New Inspector
Not lurking anymore. Hello there inspectors I am here in Massachusetts but hoping to cue in to what the the rest of the country.
Gotta say a lot of my customers are wonderful but others...gee I am scratching my head....

Welcome to the club, don't give them an inch, they will eat you and throw the bones to the brokers. "really" "do you think they'll fix that"? Sure, it's been broken for the last 10 years but I'm sure they will fix it for you
