    Hi everyone. I'm John Shaffer, owner of Cascade Home Inspections LLC. in the greater Seattle area. I'm looking forward to utilizing this source of info from various experienced folks such as yourselves. I come from a background in commercial / residential building engineering, including construction and project management of 27 years. the economy changed my direction and am now a business owner and Home Inspector / Structural Pest Inspector. Look forward to the interactions.
