Hello, from Joe Selden in Michigan
Hello I have worked in building trades for most of my life. I started inspecting homes almost by accident. Friends would find a house they wanted to buy and "hey Joe could you take a look and tell me what you think?" After a couple of years of this I decided to take a course in home inspection. I soon realized that knowing how to build a house is not the same as knowing how to inspect one. I have been inspecting homes professionally for about two years, part time.
