    Hello all,

    I'm a relatively new inspector, started last year after completing the Carson Dunlop course and joining the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.

    Even as a "greenhorn" I have already seen my fair share of scary situations and mysteries. I look forward to sharing them here and helping where I can! This is a great forum for us to share knowledge and having registered moments ago I have already found help in the threads with one of yesterday's "mysteries" so thank you!

    Your first mistake was joining OAHI.
