Thread: Howdy from Houston

Recently joined this forum and even more recently started my HI training. Looking to make a late stage career change and this fits with my interests in investment properties. I'm rehabbing my first property and studying in whatever free time is left over. I'm finding it extremely interesting and learning a lot in the process from the cours studies and the wide variety of postings on this site. I hope to get to the point one day when I can contribute but in the mean time there's an awful lot of good infomration here, thanks for sharing.
