Hello all - I am making the transition from being a General Contractor into the Home Inspection business. Seems like a good fit and I have a good friend who is a long time Inspector and has been very encouraging in helping me give it a go. I've taken a week long course to fine-tune the necessary skillset (it's not that easy a transition actually, totally different mindset :-)
So I'm in the process of choosing a name, getting a website and marketing the whole thing!
