    hey guys, i'm new to this site but have been in home inspections full time for 16 years now, before that I had a contracting business, I taught home inspection to new guys, part time, for about 7 years and have mentored many. My license number in NJ is #3. I hope to learn more from you guys around the country....talk to you all soon...
