I read your introduction. I also, have rental properties, as do many others on this board.
You list your location as United States. Most areas of the country have very similar regulations, but they do vary. So being specific on your location can make the replies more accurate for you.
Anyhow, there are many very knowledgeable people on this board, so whatever questions you have someone here will likely have an answer for you. Many times a simple question will have a lot of discussion, this is how we learn from each other.
