Greetings to all my fellow prop. inspectors. Two of my areas of interest are on-going maintenance inspections (we take our cars in for a check-up and go to our doctor for a check-up but how many of get our homes checked out, other than buying or selling.) and "green" building.

Interesting topic.
I have always felt that a pest inspection every 5 years is a good idea. I am not sure that a home inspection is necessarily warranted. But, I could be wrong.
