Ok, let's say the person needs to drive 20 miles one way for the inspection. This is a simple inspection to verify the address and exterior condition of the home with about 6-10 photos.
What would the typical fee be?

Then let's say it is the same home but the inspection is a little more in depth with interior photos.
What would the fee be?
