Been a visitor to this site for a while now and enjoy the articles being posted here.
I am not a Home Inspector but a General contractor specializing in new home construction and complete home renovations, also deal with allot of home inspection reports for customers as well for my wife who is a Real Estate agent...

With that said perhaps I can contribute a small piece of wisdom and experience to this site.
