Thread: Hello from Sunny Miami

Hello to all members,
New to the forum, but not so new to the industry as I'm a St Cert Appraiser here in Miami, Fl for the last 20+ years, but I think that the appraisal business is not heading in the right direction, so I've decided face into the property inspection field since we also need to be inspectors in the appraisal field without getting paid for and for much lower fees.
I welcome any and all tips, insights and suggestions. And YES, you can teach new tricks to an "old dog". I'm looking forward to the new leg of my journey.
