Joined a little while back but haven't had time to introduce myself. My name is Daryl Roche. I am a Professional Home Repair Specialist. ( yeh, fancy name for Full Time Handyman ). Getting older and finding some of the work I do is taking longer and harder on the ole body so I'm taking that 15 years of experience and putting to use in home inspections. Took an online course from ICA to show I am "certified" to customers. Joined this site to offer what I can and learn from all others. Can't believe some of the repairs I've done on homes that supposedly were inspected. I'm talking VERY noticeable items!! That's what urged me into offering inspections!
