Re: Hello
So I have given some thought to maybe getting the required training to be a home inspector. I have a keen eye for detail and always been somewhat interested in the industry. My only concern is that climbing roofs is not really my cup of tea. Is it possible to do a worthwhile inspection for my customers without climbing on the roof? I have no problem climbing ladders just walking on the actual roof makes me super nervous.
I appreciate any feedback on this. Thanks for your help!
