Thread: New Member intro from North Texas

Hello everyone,

I'm Mark from Wichita Falls, Texas. I own a couple of homes that I want to get in better shape and one of them really needs a lot of work. Here in North Texas we have been in a years long drought and many of our homes foundations are affected. Besides fixing up my homes, I'm interested in purchasing homes for rentals, so I need to get better informed on home construction, foundation issues and repairs and what can be accomplished by one person.

I look forward to learning from anyone and would like to document my efforts on my journey to help other home owners with similar problems.
