Thread: Time for a change.

Hello! I've spent most of my life working in the building trades. The last 15 years or so have I have spent working for property managers or realtors, often filling out the list of repairs generated by home inspectors. My favorite realtors are getting older and I'm getting tired of throwing 40 ft ladders and lugging around a truck and a half full of tools. So, putting my practical experience to work in a different direction, I've enrolled in a Home Inspectors class and I'm changing direction. I've always liked the detective work involved in trying to solve building repair problems and I'm looking forward to being a part of this forum.
