Hi Steve and Welcome. Read through some of the old posts here, there are tons of good information to be found on any subject pertaining to home inspections that could be imagined. Jump in and ask a question, post some photos from recent inspections, join in and make yourself at home.
A word of caution, everyone here has their own opinion, many will vigorously defend their opinion, and some will try to force their opinion on you. Don't get discouraged by some here who may sound gruff in the postings. The majority of people who post here are honestly trying to help and you will find them to be a wealth of information. Grow a thick skin and don't take comments posted as anything personal. After reading a few topics here and there you can probably get a feel for the folks here, most will bend over backwards to help provide you with answers and routes to information.
Click on some posts, read through a few, ignore the bickering that sometimes happens, we are all just one big family here, albeit slightly dysfunctional at times...
