I'm the Qualifying Party for a steel construction company, which means I drew the short straw to sit for the exam. :-)

I'm currently completing a total got job renovation to my 1970's home, and listening to the perspective of both contractors and inspectors on this board as I struggle with safety, practicality, and "grandfathered" variances has been very helpful!
