Thread: New Member - Appreciate the Information found here!

I am a new member and found this terrific site when seeking information regarding commercial code on garage door sensors. The 1 year warranty on my home is coming up and I hired a terrific inspector. He indicates in his report that garage door sensors must be no greater than six inches from the ground. I was able to find back up documentation here to submit with my list of warranty repairs as I heard from other neighbors that the builder will not move them. THANKS!
