Hello !
New member introduction. My name is William and I'm a fairly new inspector in Maryland. Started my business in 2015. Still knocking on doors to establish myself, but making enough to keep the lights on. looking forward to getting good info from established inspectors on this site.

Just keep knocking on doors and while many of us do not prefer to use realtors as our primary source they are the best way to get up and running. Go to their sales meetings or anyplace you can meet them and keep going back until they add you to their list or adopt you!
