Hi everyone.

My name is Frank and the live in Sunnyvale California.

Was referred to this website by a neighbor and hoping that I might be able to get some advice and /or suggestions n a situation going on for us right now.

i have a some experience building things and remodeling and would be happy to make suggestions and add to the conversations when I am able to add information that will help.
