Hi all,
I just heard of this site in the NACHI forum and figured there is no such thing as too much good information. I am a NACHI member and recent to the HI biz. I have been (and continue to be) a builder/remodeler since 1972 and can feel the pain about the current market. I work in the northern VA/Shenandoah Valley area and it appears that everything real estate connected is flat. A reminder of the cyclical nature of our chosen vocation. Continue to smile.
