Default Hi - Looking to network with inspectors.

Home staging for Real Estate Sale
Do you ever inspect a home that seems to be in need of a little extra TLC to get buyers interested? I am not referring to those issues that require a carpenter, plumber, electrician, etc. But rather those areas involving "clutter", "cleaning", "organizing" and removal of excess personal decorative items. My business offers this type of service and I am interested in perhaps networking with inspectors and the like to assist homeowners to get their property sold. Any pearls of wisdom or advice will be greatly appreciated.

    Have a nice day!

As home inspectors we would be working mostly with buyers not so much the sellers.

Its easier for us to inspect a vacant home than one filled up with bric a brac.

Your type of business I would see would be more of a benifit to the realtors that the inspectors.

    Best of Luck

    Victor,

Some people have no 'taste', no internet 'etiquette', and for those same people to be trying to 'work etiquette' into showing a house ... isn't that an oxymoron (or a close relative)? Or just the 'moron' part?

Have to admit though, this "all American" person is at least hustling to get business going. A little too aggressively though.
Cluttering an otherwise orderly message board is like moving into a new neighborhood and placing three junkers on the front lawn.
Not a very good first impression.
I hope that their work ethic is better than what has been shown on here.

    BTW.... Spam sucks.

    All American..........Got a name.
Anyway try Yodle.com to get you some biz.
Or contact Brian, he will set you up with a ad.
But please don't post stuff like that here. We are not a networking forum for sales. This is a information site for inspection related subjects.
