Hello everyone, Can any one help me out with a link or page(s) covering restrictions and regulations when up grading or adding on to existing decks and stair ways? Thank you

Your local AHJ ("authority having jurisdiction") is your Building dep't. at City Hall; you /your contractor should be taking out a Permit, anyway...
