2 Post your on a roll... Have you ever Blade tested a porch before ?
This was something I don't every remember seeing on the board.
I put this in my report all the time and from time to time some one will ask me what blade testing is.
By inserting a hack saw blade between the mud sill and the top of the foundation you can find out of the porch has an earth to wood contact to it or if it has a proper flashing or concrete.
Old school stuff...
