Long time reader first time posting.
I have been a HI in San Diego for the past 3 years now and have been reading Inspection News since I first got started. I do have a question that recently came up on a condo inspection that was done a year ago. The client called me and said the water heater was a propane water heater that had been hooked up to a natural gas line. I explained to her that an orifice can be installed to convert LP to NG but it would require some dismanteling which I do not do. Does anyone know anything about these LP orifice converteres or have I been given the wrong info?
