Hello everyone, I found this site a few weeks ago and have been checking it out. Lots of great knowledge here. With no disrespect meant to others, I have to say the guys from Texas seem to know HI pretty well from some of the posts I've read. Being a northener, that is of course, a difficult admission to make about a southener. (not looking to start a fight, just a little humor)
I grew up in the trades. My old man was a GC who didn't get the memo about child labor laws. Have been doing HI for a number of years along with contracting (NO not on the same buildings). Have been transitioning into full time HI. Also did drug and gang house inspections for 5 years.
I hope to contribute to the site.
