MLS listing had 1¼ bathrooms. This was the quarter.

Talk about redundancy.... I've just always assumed those laundry sinks doubled as urinals
Not on inspections, of course.... that would be bad for business.

It really IS redundant... There's a floor drain not 2 feet away!!
