Watchdog Water Alarm At Inspections
Finally remembered to take a picture of one of these in use: $10 at Home Depot or Lowes and pretty much eliminates the possibility of overflowing tubs - these are loud enough to hear throughout a multi-story house.
I also place one (with the sensor snapped back into the alarm body) in front of shower doors when I am testing with an overflow stopper.
Also, in front of dishwashers (if you run them).
I carrry three, and they have saved me from embarrassment or significant expense more than once.

They are great little alarms. I always try to get my custmers to let me install them on their sump pump systems.

Re: Watchdog Water Alarm At Inspections
I place them in front of the dishwasher. Prevented damage to the floors several times.
My biggest problem is to remember to collect from infront of the dishwasher at the end of the inspection. I have left at least 3 behind. Some have been returned, while others have new owners.
