    Default hose bib close to garage floor

    Probably one of those common sense things...
    Is there a minimum height above grade or above the floor for a hose bib?
    This one barely has room to attach a hose without kinking it.

    Atmospheric vacuum breakers are required to be minimum 6" above surrounding ground, other than that it's user preference.
