    Default Shower Pan Drain

    Does anyone have more info about this type of shower pan drain? I rarely see this type in my area where the pvc is raised up and not flush. I wrote it up as a potential issue where leakage is possible due to the cracked / deteriorated seal. House is only 1 yr old. Thanks!
