Oil tank vent pipe
I can't find my spec sheet.
What is the required distance from windows and building inside corners for oil tank fill and vent pipe

I think it's like 2'. The vent allows air to be pushed out when filling and allows the oil to drain when being used so I don't think there is much actually coming out normally. The local oil supplier could probably tell you.

Robert Ernst is correct, outside, and at least 2' from any building opening.
2011 NFPA 31
8.6.2 All vent pipes shall terminate outside of buildings at a point not less than 2 ft (0.6 m) from any building opening.
8.6.2.1 Vent pipes shall terminate high enough above the ground to avoid being obstructed by snow and ice.
8.6.2.2 Vent pipes shall terminate not more than 12 ft (3.6 m) from the fill pipe and at a point visible from the fill point.
8.5.. requires fill pipe having 2' clearances from any building opening also.
