Wet vent pipe pitch optical illusion
The way the first picture shows the pipe pitch, it looks like it can collect water. The pitch seems to pitch up, upon inspection it is an optical illusion, the pitch is actually the opposite direction.

All DWV pipes are required to slope to drain, 1/4" per foot for sizes 3" and smaller, 1/8" per foot for pipes between 3" and 6" as I recall, then 1/16" per foot for larger sizes.

If that is the case the beam looks out of level.
