Single plumbing stack
I inspected a 1970's raised rancher with 3 bathrooms and kitchen. The home only had a single 4" (maybe 6) vent over one corner of the home. The kitchen sink was 20' from the vent and the master bath was about 30' from the stack. I was not able to view the attic connections due to an access issue.
do plumbing codes allow for a single vent???
Thanks

Yes, if the fixture unit count is within the number of fixture*units for the 4" vent.
In 1990's houses and newer, I would anticipate finding AAVS at the other fixtures.
