6 feet high shower curtain
using the 6" tiles to count the height, it turns out that rod is not real low.

I'm guessing they are 4-1/4" tiles. Many times, 4" tiles are used, but I've seen more 4-1/4" tiles in bathrooms than 4" tiles.

That bar is not real low, that person in the photo is just REAL TALL.
