Bathroom Exhaust Termination

It was nice to see the exhaust from the lower level vented outside but I didn't care for the actual termination point.
Do they make a special cap for this type of install? Or would you install a downward elbow?

Yes they make covers. They look just like a dryer vent baffle/cover. Keeps air and critters out.
