Macerating toilet system
IRC P2723 references macerating toilet systems.
What is that???

It is a toilet that chews up all of the crap (literally) and pumps it up into the sewer system. They are used in areas that would be difficult to install plumbing lines. Also used in temporary situations. I found one a few years back, they have a box with all of the goodies in it behind the bowl. This is the link to the brand that I found a few years back. Saniflo macerating toilets: install a bathroom in the basement or any small space
