Double draft hood
Me: I think this flue pipe installation was not done by a professional.

Agent: What makes you say that?

Agent: Who would install a flue pipe like this?

Me: Oh I don't know, but I think the tenants I saw in the front yard may have had a part in it.

(Oh yeah it was leaking CO)

Re: Double draft hood
I find myself whistling If I Only Had a Brain during inspections. Probably doesn't inspire a lot of confidence.
