I found this supply piping material in a mobile home built in 1975. Could this be polybutelyne?

That is PEX. The blue line has been bent or has a kink in it as well, also that compression fitting on the blue line might be allowed by the manufacture of the pipe. PEX can be good or it can be bad, depends on how it was installed.

I'm sure it was poly at first, then the poly likely failed and it was re-plumbed with PEX.

I'm not 100% sure, but I don't recall poly having been made in colors like that.

A 1975 mobile home... there is a high probability that there was poly-butelene originally installed.

Just not now and at that location.
