Haven't seen this in a long time
In a house I inspected yesterday.

Basement bathroom sink was very slow draining, even with the stopper pulled out.
Went upstairs to the hall bath and started filling sink #1. As I was filling sink #1, water started coming up out of the drain in sink #2, then neither one drained very well.

Moved on to the master bath that is on the other side of the wall from the hall bath. That sink drained just fine.

At least nothing came up out of the tubs, or went on the floor.

Just haven't seen that in a long time. I guess I have been lucky.
