Corrision on a connection caused water heater replacement
I have not seen a thread on this particular question. Sometimes (often) I see water heaters where the corrision on the supply connection is so extensive it makes me wonder if the connection can be changed at all without damaging the water heater. Have you see corroded connections that were bad enough they could not be replaced and the water heater had to be scrapped ?
